Our refund policy for exchange or return of products is valid and can be availed by you within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Any product you wish to return must be in a fresh condition with original packaging including any gifts provided (if any).
BASIC CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
In case, any product is received by you in a damaged condition or not as per your order, the same may be subject to verification by our team at Privé Luxury Limited, which may be replaced depending upon the availability of the size. In case the required size is unavailable, then we will refund the amount subject to the other conditions of this refund policy.
Lespetits.in does not provide exchange/return for a product falling under sale, promotional or stock clearance or end of season sale range. The only condition for exchange/return of such product would be its defective/damaged condition of the product. This fact has been specifically mentioned on the description page of every sale product.
All goods and products should be new and unused.
The packaging of the products should be original along with price tags and all quality markers.
We advise you to pack the exchange/return packages in an adequate manner to prevent any damage.
All exchange/returns are subject to verification by our team at Privé Luxury Limited.
WAYS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
In case of exchange/return of a product, please contact the Customer Care at 0120-4368710. You may also write to customer care on email@example.com for any kind of issue with respect to exchange/return.
Once your exchange/return of product qualifies aforesaid basic conditions of exchange/return:
We shall issue a credit note to you of the same amount of the product returned in form of a unique code.
In case of exchange of a product, the style or size required by you is out of stock, we will issue a credit note of the same amount of the product returned in form of a unique code.
In case of exchange of a product, where the amount of product exchanged is more than the new product purchased, we shall issue you a credit note of the difference amount by way of a unique code and where the amount of product exchanged is less than the new product purchased, you shall pay the difference to us by cash on delivery. The credit note in form of a unique code would reach you within maximum 7 working days from the date of return receipt of the product given by us and the same would also be updated on the Website.
For the product(s) ordered through gift coupons from the Website, the refund against the said product(s) would be provided in form of a new gift coupon.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel an order within 2 days after placing it. No cancellations beyond 2 days will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any cancellation beyond 2 days will be accepted exclusively at our sole discretion. A cancelled order will result in a credit note given to you with a unique code and the same would also be updated on the Website.
